Our Help Me Read project has has seen great results since its launch in 2022
In the Lori region, the project has reached 10 basic and secondary schools both in rural and urban areas. From those 10 schools, 98 students were involved in the program. The results are as follows:
84 out of 98 students improved their reading:
– 25 out of 30 girls improved their reading
– 59 out and 68 boys improved their reading
The improvements of different reading components are mentioned below:
– 30% increase in phonological knowledge
– 25% increase in letter knowledge
– 13% increase in word decoding
– 32% increase in reading rate
– 45% increase in reading accuracy
With these promising outcomes, our dedicated schools’ teaching staff have discovered a newfound motivation, empowered by their enhanced ability to modify and adapt to their classroom’s unique needs. Follow along to hear more about our Help Me Read Program!
